When I was a young Mother raising a large family plus working full time, I have this special memory! One of the best things my husband did for me was fill the tub, turn on soft music, light a candle next to the wine on the counter and scoot me into the tub!
He kept the kids busy for the hour that I was unavailable. Oh, how I relished those moments! I had hot water up to my shoulders and could only hear Bing Crosby crooning. As time passed, this became my weekly routine! My time was sacred from everything and everyone! Truly, I owe much of my sanity to my Million Dollar Bath…(and of course, my hubby!)
