This school is so very successful in Australia since we have been a part of instituting it, that we are bringing it to the United States. August 2023 is launch date in the US. We can also offer so much more than the in-school standard classroom.
Our curriculum wants teachers to have the opportunity to enjoy teaching students in a safe environment. We expect to find teachers who love teaching and find ways to excite their students for learning. You will receive a lucrative pay and your earnings can be limitless. Getting paid what you are worth is a plus. All concerns for your classes already have solutions. Students have tutors and videos of classes as a way of reviewing and study. Teachers/Students: This Private Online School Operates Uniquely
In this one-of-a-kind learning experience, you can teach students all over the world. You decide your hours of teaching – whether 5 days a week full time or one or two days part-time. You have choices as to what subjects and grades you teach. Your earnings increase with your student base. Your student base depends on you appealing to students and parents. Classes up to 500 students is the max. Do not panic! We already solved the friction points that you just imagined! Your earnings increase with your involvement. After approval into our program, we want you to introduce yourself on your own YouTube channel and highlight the subjects and grades you teach. Explain how your special style and ways teach your students. Of course, we do want good, quality education and we do expect some happy excitement in relaying your subject to students. Motivating students and parents to your classes adds to your pay as a teacher.
A Teachers’ ability to entice students to them and actually setting their expectations and promises for their students is what will draw students to want to be in your class. When students request a specific teacher, the teacher receives compensation for those students.

Online Teachers Pay?
We all want to know our pay when we apply for a job. Since you are an Independent Contractor, your pay can be limitless. It all depends on how much time you work and what your schedule is. Based on you teaching multiple subjects and several grades means you will make much more than those teaching one subject or only one or two grades. However, every class limit is 500 students. As a result, if you teach one subject to one grade every day with 500 students, your pay is exceptional for your time and work. Of course, if you teach multiple subjects to several grades your potential pay is very much higher especially if you have 500 students per class. Pay Scale for our teachers
Our FMS Vortex platform, gives you access to the program and all aspects and tools you need. There are other programs that you will have access to if you want to do marketing. The opportunity to promote any one or all programs is there if you want it. You can present them to family and friends plus you also have a chance to advertise yourself. The FMS Vortex and all those inside programs will do your advertising for you. It is your choice to make use of it. As an Independent Contractor, your potential earnings are limitless.
$.50 is Credit to the Wallet of the Teacher every time a student accesses a class. When you are teaching 100 students in a class, it is $50 for that Session. 300 students brings $150 compensation. 500 would be $250.00. We max class size to 500 students. If there are more students, they must find another class and/or teacher.
Students can go to 5 classes a day in grades 1 through 8. In grades 9 through 12, Students can go to 6 classes a day. Your pay calculates in the FMS Vortex system. Then at signup, your zoom classroom fees will be covered. Training on YouTube and instruction on the curriculum is given. Since you are in the FMS Vortex system, you have the opportunity to earn even more, if you choose to promote any of the goods and services offered there. The potential is there for you to build a customer base, partnerships and teams here in the States and around the Globe.
Requirements For Teacher Application
We expect our online education to be exceptional and totally different from any other. At the same time, we expect our Instructors, Teachers and Tutors to also be exceptional. Do not let that statement scare any of you! If you are attracted to our School Program, then you are already exceptional. We want Educators who love children, who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and engaging toward their students. We do not want those just looking to draw a paycheck! Good teachers dedicate themselves to teaching their students! You will not make the money you want if you are not a good teacher.
Remember, you attract and draw the students to you. We do have the marketing going for a student base, but whether they select you as their teacher is up to you. Take note, your pay is per student, not per class! FYI: Kids will join sports and field days in their home locality.
Criteria for Applicants:
- A 4-year degree in teaching
- Teaching Experience. We encourage College graduates and retired to also apply.
- Dedicated to Teaching and have something special to offer in your techniques.
- You must join the DTCA FMS Vortex system, but your Mentor will help you with this so wait for that help and DO NOT go ahead until they get with you. This is where the payment structure is that we use.
- Training and Instruction is here for creating a YouTube Channel for you to display your skills in teaching and appeal to the students and parents.
- We want your commitment to the program and to your students that you dedicate yourself to helping them enjoy learning.
- Your must be above reproach and offer a standard of education that is much higher than our traditional school systems of today.
